All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of our research products and to ensure product integrity, all sales are final.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as expressly provided below.
No Returns
We do not accept returns of any products, including unopened or unused items.
No Refunds
Once a product has shipped, refunds will not be issued for:
- Orders placed in error by the customer;
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect product selection;
- Failure to obtain required permits or approvals;
- Delays caused by customs, import authorities, or local regulations;
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
- Refusal to accept delivery.
If an order is cancelled by the customer after the order was accepted but before it has shipped, a refund may be issued subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipment, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

- Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label.
After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the product;
- Issue a credit; or
- Provide another appropriate resolution.
No refunds or replacements will be provided without sufficient supporting documentation.
Shipping Issues
Risk of loss transfers to the customer in accordance with the applicable shipping terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and that they comply with all applicable import, customs, and regulatory requirements.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from customs clearance or import restrictions.
